Data Protection Notice [GDPR]
DNG-Münster collects and processes the personal data, given in any form, particularly for the purpose of sending you, by post or email, copies of the desired information requested by you, as well as for the purpose of sending you offers, enquiries and general information, or information on forthcoming events.
The legal basis for this processing (of the mandatory data) is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR (implementation of a pre-contractual measure or for the fulfilment of a contract). The processing of the data voluntarily provided by you is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, which permits processing that is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests. Our legitimate interest is to improve our quality of advice and to be able to contact you more easily in case of possible queries.
If you use a form to register for an event, the data that you provide will be used for the purpose of enabling your participation in said event. The data you provide enables us to register you at the event in accordance with the information you have entered on the form, to contact you for this purpose and to thus facilitate the smooth running of the event.
Without the input of your personal data, we cannot allow you to participate in our events, as these cannot be held without appropriate participant administration. On request, your data will not be published on participation lists or the like: this will not affect your basic participation in such an event. The collected data will be stored by us only for as long as is necessary for your enquiry or registration to be processed, as well as for the purpose of contacting you. After that, it will be deleted. The IP-address will be kept for seven (7) days.
